If you haven’t registered your student for the 2025–2026 school year, please do so online as soon as possible. If you prefer in-person registration, the District 45 administration office is open for walk-ins, Monday through Thursday, this summer. Jackson Middle School’s main office reopens Monday, July 28 (8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.).
All schools, including Jackson, will have a walk-in registration day on Thursday, July 31 (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 – 7:00 p.m.).
AACtively D45: Support Group for Parents of Students with High Communication Needs
District 45 parents and guardians are invited to attend the first meeting of AACtively D45 on Monday, October 7, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the D45 Early Childhood Center, 251 Jackson Street, Villa Park. The new support group is designed for parents of children who are non-speaking, minimally speaking, or use AAC devices, sign language, or pictures to communicate. Come for a safe, welcoming space to share experiences, exchange valuable insights, and build community. Facilitated by Theresa Versaci, SLP, AACtively D45 will meet multiple times throughout the year. Translation services, childcare, and virtual meeting options are available upon request.
